Lifting mechanism
1. The lifting adopts a traditional structural layout, with the motor driving the drum through a reducer. The motor and reducer are connected by gear couplings and floating shafts, making the structure compact and easy to assemble and maintain.
2. The winding system is composed of a drum group, a fixed pulley group fixed on the trolley frame, and a movable pulley group on the hook group connected by a steel wire rope.
3. The reducer adopts a nationally renowned reducer.
4. Adopting hydraulic brakes with a braking safety factor of not less than 1.5, the brake wheel material is ZG340-640 cast steel, and the surface hardness of the brake wheel is HRC45-55.
Trolley operating mechanism
1. Using four standard wheels, the motor fixed on the surface of the trolley directly drives the wheels through a reducer.
2. The wheel and wheel axle adopt an interference fit and key connection form, and the bearing box of the wheel group is an angular bearing box structure, which is easy to install and maintain.
3. The reducer adopts a nationally renowned reducer.
4. The wheel is in the form of a single edge cylindrical tread, made of ZG340-640 material. After power frequency quenching treatment, the tread hardness is HB300-380. The depth of the hardened layer is 20mm, and the hardness outside the depth of 20mm is not less than HB260.
5. The brake wheel material is 45 # steel, and the surface hardness after heat treatment reaches HB300-380.
Crane operating mechanism
1. Using eight or four standard wheels, with half driven separately. The motor fixed on the trolley directly drives the wheels through a reducer, with a simple structure and easy maintenance.
2. The wheels and axles are connected by interference fit and key connection, and the bearing box of the wheel group is an angular bearing box structure, which is easy to install and maintain.

4. The wheels are in the form of standard double wheel cylinders, made of ZG340-640 material, and have undergone power frequency quenching treatment to achieve a tread hardness of HB300-380. The depth of the hardened layer is 20mm, and the hardness at the depth of 20mm is not less than HB260.
5. When the crane stops working, the large vehicle operating mechanism is equipped with a rail clamp to prevent the crane from being blown by the wind.
Electrical protection
A. Voltage loss protection: When the power supply is interrupted, all electrical equipment that involves safety and is not suitable for automatic opening should be in a power-off state to avoid automatic operation of electrical equipment after power supply is restored;
B. Phase mismatch and phase loss protection: When phase mismatch and phase loss pose a danger, phase mismatch and phase loss protection should be set up;
C. Overload protection: The lifting mechanism is equipped with a weight limiter. When the actual lifting weight exceeds 95% of the rated lifting weight, the weight limiter sends an alarm signal. When the actual weight is between 100% and 110% of the rated lifting weight, the weight limiter automatically cuts off the lifting power supply, but allows the mechanism to move downwards.
Operation method
- Ground operation: Press the buttons on the handle to control the movements of various mechanisms of the crane.
- Remote control operation: The corresponding mechanism of the crane is controlled by the remote control.
- Cab operation: The corresponding mechanism of the crane is controlled by buttons, master commands, cam controllers, or linkage consoles inside the cab.
In addition, the crane can also be equipped with two sets of operating devices, namely: ground+remote control operation or cab+remote control operation, but due to safety issues, the two operating methods can only be switched and cannot be used simultaneously. The control circuit voltage is generally 36V safe voltage.
Anti corrosion and painting
1. Surface rust removal treatment shall be carried out on steel plates used in metal structures before welding. The surface rust removal quality level of the main beam, support legs, end beams, and lower crossbeam shall not be lower than Sa2 1/2 or St3 level in GB/T8923, and the rest of the parts shall reach Sa2 or St2 level.
2. The crane shall be painted in the color required by the user before leaving the factory, with a paint film thickness of 30-40 μ m per layer and a total thickness of 90-120 μ m. The adhesion of the paint film shall meet the first level quality requirements specified in GB9286. After long-term use, the paint surface of the equipment shows no signs of fading or peeling.
